"We exist in a body. Jesus came in a body, and he was resurrected in a body. At the end of times we will have perfect fellowship as a body. So we praise God for the presence of a brother or a sister in Christ. The prisoner, the invalid, the exile sees in the companionship of one fellow Christian a physical sign of the gracious presence of God. Two believers receive one another as they receive Jesus -- in reverence, humility, and joy. A blessing from a brother or sister is received just like a blessing from Jesus himself. And if there is so much blessing in even a single encounter of one Christian with another, how inexhaustible are the riches poured out on those who by God's grace are privileged to live in daily fellowship with other Christians"
- Dietrich Bonhöffer
This is what we have. It is a blessing some of our brothers and sisters must do without. I'm taking this moment to appreciate just how blest we are.
